Weekend Recap

Here's a recap of our weekend with pictures to follow along.

Getting ready to leave for school this past Friday. Paeton is sporting a pair of 'Baby Legs' which are leg warmers for our little ones. They allow you to change diapers in a snap which was key this day because our little P was pooping hourly. She had a little stomach virus that was moving through her so to speak :)

Here's a better view of how you can make these work. She just has a onesie on with a graphic tee on top, cardigan sweater and then the baby legs. No pants to pull down, no shoes to take off. It's a snap and still a cute look for the little one! Can you tell my boss is the SVP of Art, Trend and Design???

Paeton was invited to her first birthday party for her friend Hannah who turned 2. It was an elmo themed party and here's the card I made for her.

Getting Ready for Bedtime

Here's some pictures of Paeton getting ready for bed the other night. We played dress up in her room first. This night she was going to a luau - so fun! Thanks to my cousin for the cute outfit :)

Forgotten Christmas Photos

So, I forgot that before we left New Jersey Jodi had downloaded a bunch of Christmas vacation photos from my parent's computer onto our laptop. Here's the forgotten ones that are oh so cute!

Paeton's 1st Swim

Over the Christmas vacation, we visited my parent's cabin in Pennsylvania where there is a rec center with an indoor pool. I was determined to take Paeton swimming for the first time because I knew she would love it and I couldn't wait till the summer. We packed swim suits for the family and purchased our first swim diapers. Here's a few pix that I forgot to include when I had blogged earlier about our holiday trip. Enjoy :)

Paeton Hates Socks

Paeton absolutely can't stand wearing socks or shoes. She's our little free spirit. Her favorite game to play right now is "take everything off my feet". This game also includes taking off other people's socks as well :) It's really cute!

Paeton's Snack Drawer & New Car Seat

Yesterday we decided to move all of Paeton's food supplies from the pantry in the laundry room to what used to be our snack drawer in the kitchen. We were making too many trips back and forth every time we needed a new bib, more food or my famous stunt - needing a clean spoon since I'm always dropping the baby spoon on the floor and making a big mess!

Last night we put together P's new car seat as she was too tall for her infant carrier. And to be honest - we were sick of carting that heavy thing around!

Paeton was delighted to test out her new comfy seat. Even has her own cup holder (not pictured - we didn't put it on yet!)

Happy New Year everyone - we're all back to work today and back to reality!

Christmas with the Ulrichs

Yesterday, New Year's Day, we celebrated Christmas with the Ulrich side of the family. Gift opening with so many people was quite chaotic but I did manage to capture Grandma and Grandpa Ulrich with all 4 grandkids in this photo. Not everyone is looking but at least they're all in the picture :)
