Here is what our laundry room looked like before our washer went out. We had a nice counter and a built in washer and dryer. The only issue is that the washer and dryer were very small. Upon purchasing a new washer and dryer we had to rip out the counter.

Here are our new shelves where a cabinet and drawer used to be.
New built in shelf to replace the counter. As you can see the new washer and dryer are significantly bigger than the old washer and dryer. We have actually cut the amount of loads of wash we do each week in half!
Sink put back in place and still functional.

I have been waiting to see this! Yay! LOVE the new washer and dryer and yeah the old ones were terribly small! I give you props for lasting that long! Great job Jodi on the cabinets and the blog! :)
